WELCOME, KINDRED SPIRIT

May arrives with a fuller kind of spring - the days stretch long, the air softens, and the landscape begins to fill in with green. This month’s Full Moon, known as the Flower Moon, rises alongside that abundance, named for the blooming that will soon be underway. It carries a fresh, expansive energy. A reminder that growth doesn’t stay hidden forever.

SEASONAL MUSINGS

THERE’S A SHIFT IN MAY

Where April asked for patience, May invites participation. To step a little more fully into what you’ve been circling. To follow through on the ideas that have been quietly forming. This isn’t about doing everything at once, but about choosing something and giving it your attention.

This is a good month for:

  • washing your floors and letting fresh energy move through your space

  • following through on something you started last month

  • working with your hands in longer stretches of time, in the garden, kitchen or crafting

  • spending unhurried time outside, noticing what’s arriving in nature

  • planting seeds, in the garden or in your routines

  • placing your barefeet on the grass and grounding yourself

Let it be simple. Let it make you smile.

THE GATHERING TABLE

SUMMER SOLSTICE GATHERING

With the Summer Solstice approaching in June, the first seasonal gathering is beginning to take shape. The Gathering Table is a small, intentional community exchange where each guest brings a thoughtfully chosen offering - handmade, homegrown, or meaningful - to share with the group. In return, each participant leaves with a collection of items to celebrate the season ahead.

June 18, 2026 | 6:00pm–9:00pm
Private Residence, Edmonton, AB

The evening will include fresh flower crown making, light seasonal nourishment, and time to connect in a warm, welcoming space. We will also gather around the table to share the stories behind our offerings before exchanging them.

As space is limited to maintain an intimate and meaningful experience, participation is by request to join.

If you would like to be part of this gathering, please submit your request here:

Once your request is received, you will be contacted with confirmation and further details.

In the meantime, you’re welcome to explore the information page or take a peek at a little inspiration as you begin to feel into what you might like to bring as your offering.

GATHER. LEARN. CREATE.

UNDER THE FULL MOON

A SMALL MAY PRACTICE

Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed for a while.
Light a candle, or let soft music drift through the room.
Take a breath, and arrive gently.

Let this be a small ritual of return.

Choose one thing you’ve been meaning to begin, or to come back to.

Not everything, not the whole list, just one.
Now hold it in your mind, your heart.

Sit here for a moment and feel into it.
How does it feel to return to it, or to see it come to life?
Happy, accomplished, strong, healthy, loved?

Return to it each day, even if only for a few minutes, in mind or practice.

Move slowly, the way the season unfolds.
Let it grow in its own time, in its own rhythm.

What you give your attention to, grows.
Not through urgency, but through presence.

Carry this with you through May:
I tend to what matters, gently and with intention.

THANK YOU, AS ALWAYS, FOR BEING HERE.

For reading, for creating, for showing up in small and meaningful ways, and for being part of this Creative Coven we’re slowly weaving together.

Until the next full moon,
