WELCOME, KINDRED SPIRIT

April settles into a quiet kind of movement, the kind you feel more than see at first. The days stretch longer, the ground softens, and signs of growth begin to return. This month’s Full Moon, known as the Pink Moon, is named for the early wild blooms of the season and arrives as a gentle marker of renewal. It carries that same steady energy - an invitation to notice what’s beginning to grow, both around you and within.

SEASONAL MUSINGS

THERE’S NO RUSH TO SPRING.

It can be tempting to leap ahead - to plant, plan, and push forward - but this part of the season asks for something slower. To notice. To tend. To give things just enough warmth, just enough attention, and let them come along in their own time.

This is a good month for:

  • opening the windows, letting in fresh air and shifting the energy

  • starting small - clearing and tending to one space at a time

  • returning to creative rhythms, finding inspiration in the changing season

  • working with your hands - starting a few seeds indoors

  • stepping outside, even if only for a few quiet moments

  • weaving a bird feeder or garden structure in preparation for the growing season

Growth doesn’t need to be dramatic to be meaningful.

SOMETHING NEW IS TAKING ROOT THIS SEASON

THE GATHERING TABLE

A seasonal exchange held at the turning points of the year, where each person brings a small offering to share. Something made, grown, baked, or thoughtfully chosen - enough for everyone to take home.

It’s simple, but meaningful. A way to gather, to share stories, and to slowly build connection over time.

Our first Gathering Table will align with the Summer Solstice in June. More details will be shared soon, but if this feels like something you’d like to be part of, I’d love to have you at the table.

GATHER. LEARN. CREATE.

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

Workshops continue through this seasonal shift. Winter is when we gather our willow - in the stillness, in the cold, in that slower rhythm of making. With the return of warmer days and new materials, something begins to stir again. A sense of movement, of fresh energy, of creativity waking back up and asking to be used.

Upcoming gatherings include:

WILLOW BIRD FEEDER

April 12th, 2026

WILLOW OBELISK

April 25th, 2026

UNDER THE FULL MOON

A SMALL APRIL PRACTICE

Step outside, even if winter is still holding on.

Notice what’s changing, not what hasn’t yet.

The quality of the light, the sound of meltwater, the way the air feels different on your skin.

Bring back something small, and simple - a bit of snow, a bare branch, a stone revealed from beneath the thaw.

Set it somewhere in your home for a few days.

Let it be a reminder that this season isn’t about full bloom just yet. It’s about the slow shift, the unseen work, the quiet in-between.

THANK YOU, AS ALWAYS, FOR BEING HERE.

For reading, for creating, for showing up in small and meaningful ways, and for being part of this growing Creative Coven.

Until the next full moon,
